Senior Sound Designer and Audio QA
My name is Francis Favreau. I have been involved in the gaming industry for almost twenty years. I worked my way up from QA tester at Enzyme Testing Labs to Senior Sound Designer and Sound Artist on Assassin’s Creed.
In my career, I shipped several AAA games and AA projects. I’ve had the chance to be part of amazings teams and be mentored by super talented collegues. I’ve been through super successful productions as well as less successful ones. All in all, the audio was always rock solid and I have developped a unique and versatile expertise in video game Sound Design and Sound QA that can help any audio team achieve it’s goals and ship quality content.
I am a graduate of the Canadian Recording Arts Institute. I started in Audio as a scratch dj and beat maker, producing music until I tranfered into the Video Game Sound Design career.
I am an expert level in Wwise, Unreal and within multiple DAWs like Pro Tools, Reaper or Logic. I am used to work with most plugin brands and possesses my own licences. My studio is also equipped with a 5.1 professional audio setup.
